Sunday Morning coming down....

Woke up this AM to a BP of 140/67. Cherise made us a nice breakfast, had a real sit-down together, the 4 of us. Spent morning just hanging around, watching old reruns of My Family. Brad came home quite early (before 12), went for a buffet lunch. Healthy food. Except for the pudding. Did not have a huge helping of the latter, but nevertheless. Spent afternoon in pool playing ball, fooling around, did some mild exercise (creating whirlpool, quite a strain!!!). Had a haircut. Dinner was leftover chop from last night's braai, and a piece of garlic bread, as well as one hot-dog. Still have to figure out the healthy eating thing. BP at 7 was 153/88. Watched the movie on MNet, wrote up my day, and went to bed.....

Hi Boet, as promised i came and had a look, Lamb tjops.. not a good idea.. rather go for the chicken and fish idea, What i love for lunch at this stage is tuna with lettuce and gurkins and some trim. It is actually very nice, and if you feel like some starch.. get some cracker bread and have two of those with the tune etc on it... EAT SLOW! Chew bout 100 times on each happie. Dont start getting the next hap together before you have swallowed the one in your mouth. This is just smaall things that DO work!
